Telewar

The telewar is a new form of warfare that uses information and communication technologies to attack an opponent's military, economic, and social infrastructure. It is a relatively new concept that has only been used in a handful of conflicts, such as the Kosovo War and the Iraq War.

The goal of the telewar is to disable the opponent's ability to wage war by attacking its communications, transportation, and energy infrastructure. The opponent's military can be disabled by attacking its command and control systems, while its economic and social infrastructure can be attacked by disrupting its transportation, communication, and energy networks.

The telewar is particularly effective against opponents that are dependent on information and communication technologies, such as modern militaries and industrialized economies. It can also be used to undermine the opponent's morale by attacking its media and civilian infrastructure.

The telewar is a particularly dangerous form of warfare because it can be used to attack an opponent's civilian population.
